SERVICE DETAILS
Thank you for choosing Karmic Design! The following outlines the agreement of service for your subscription. Please review and don’t hesitate to inquire with any questions.
• You have opted for the Karmic Design subscription plan which includes the following:
- Full Website Design (up to 10 pages)
- Mobile + Tablet Optimized
- Basic Website Updates & Maintenance
- Email Setup Guidance (we recommend using Google Apps, each email is $6/mo for hosting through G Suite)
- Search Engine Optimization
- Web Hosting
- Email Marketing
- Google Business Listing
- Stock Photography (5 images included, $5 ea thereafter)

• All sites are built with a strong SEO (search engine optimized) foundation including the following:​
- Content optimization for 3 keyword search phrases
- Correct use of H1 and H2 tags
- Page meta descriptions and correctly formatted page and URL titles
- Submission to Google Search Console
- Help with listing on Google My Business

• Subscription cost is $149/mo for standard websites and $199/mo for e-commerce websites plus an additional $250 setup fee. E-commerce sites take more work to build and cost more to host, so therefore we have to charge a higher price. If the store is over 50 products, then we will have to discuss a potential larger setup fee.

• If the site is over 10 pages, each additional page is $100 (however we may need to evaluate the actual page size and any special integrations if the page is more complex).

• The subscription plan includes basic website support and maintenance. Need some pictures or content added? No problem, just email us the request and we'll have it live within 72 hours.
• If the requested changes are more than just normal website updates and maintenance, for example adding complex pages or functionality to the site, we will work out a project-based quote on the work needed. Our hourly rate is $85/hr. We will always consult with you first before any hourly work is started.
• There is no minimum monthly commitment for the service, you can cancel at any time. If you do wish to cancel and still want to keep the website, you can buy out the site as per the pricing below. This protects Karmic Design from being taken advantage of since we don't require a minimum monthly commitment. Other companies that offer monthly based website services don't allow you to keep the site if you cancel your plan. With us, we at least give you the option :)

- During year 1 - $1,500
- During Year 2 - $1,000
- During Year 3 - $750 (stays at $750 from there)
• You own all the website content, if you choose to cancel the plan, we will send you all the content we have for the project (media, photos, copy, etc).
• You own your domain, this should be something that you always keep rights to whether it’s with our service or another.
• All work and service requests will be responded to within 72 hours, not including weekends (usually much faster). If the change is time-sensitive, please mark as so in the email subject line and we will prioritize.
• You can make changes yourself to the site if desired. We will invite you to be an Admin on the page and give you instructions on how to make simple changes on your own.
• If Karmic Design closes up shop, we will send you your site and files file free of charge. In the case of key personnel incapacitation, we have a system in place to ensure the transfer of the site files.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
PRIVACY POLICY
We at Karmic Design have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.
Any privacy concerns should be directed to support@karmic.design. We take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly. Our customers have been our number one priority and will continue to be our first priority in the future.
